What is soft washing, and why do we use it?

Soft washing is the use of low-pressure water, and a blend of safe and effective cleansing agents as opposed to high-pressure water. We ONLY use soft washing on your roof and siding for two major reasons.

1) Safety: High-pressure water is known to result in chipped paint, cracked vinyl, chipped siding/bricks, roof degradation and even water leaks. With soft washing, you won’t have to worry about any of these issues arising. This technique is delicate and proven to be highly effective.

2) Results: Our team uses chemicals that are specifically combined for home application. The mixture is sprayed onto roof and siding, which agitates and removes mold, moss, and organic growth that may be present. This ensures long-lasting results that will sustain harsh weather conditions throughout the year, making the need for our services less frequent.

Cleaning of glass window panes, doorwalls, skylights, storefront windows, along with any other window types found on residential and commercial properties. Includes: gentle scrub with window cleaning brushes and specific abrasive pads, spot treat, and squeegee.

SOLAR PANELS

Precision Softwash draws from multiple years of residential solar panel installation experience and provides the safest and most effective way to clean rooftop or ground mounted solar arrays. Includes: Inspection of underneath the array, leaf blowing/debris clearing, pre-rinse with de-ionized water, gentle scrub with window cleaning brushes, rinse with de-ionized water. Soap is NOT used during this process to ensure no water stains/streaks are left behind.

All estimates are free! Services are priced by square footage. Estimates vary depending on the size of your property, services needed, and risk associated with cleaning.
